"Even when you don't know the magic is happening, its happening" Dain. Its about time that I wrote my testimonial. the above quote would sum up my immediate week after the bars. Things initially felt worse-yet I kept asking questions. and finding resources in my community to expand the questions. What is so awesome about bars/access consciousness is that there is room for other modalities-access bars adds to, does not replace, wisdom. since the bars, many possibilities has come my way-job opportunities, 2 friends that I thought were MIA. HDIGABTT?WEIP?
As a facilitator, you rocked the weekend! You were helpful, answering questions, sharing application of technique and blessing us with clearings that just poured from your soul! You gave us more than 100% of your attention. What I felt was very powerful was asking all of us to lower our barriers so that we participants could bond with each other and bring out the best energy possible.
I would take this class again in a heartbeat!

I used to struggle with obsessive thoughts and worrying. So much so that they would keep me awake at night for hours, though these thoughts would also bother me during the day. I would obsess and worry about the past, the present and the future. I started Access Consciousness Bars and clearing sessions without having much expectation as to the outcome. However after a few months I realized my mind was quieting. I was no longer obsessing over thoughts and I was able to fall asleep much quicker. Becky

Alex Vogel was my first contact with Bars Access thru her Bars Share on Sundays. A fun loving enthusiastic person that inspired me to take my first class for the Access points...that was August 2014 and I still and driving 20 mins every Sunday to share & receive all the wonderful energy at her home. Amazingly, each Sunday, I leave with another discover part of myself processing for the week. A treasure trove of clearings and help with supportive personal clearings, makes her home a place to make/take time for myself. Thank you Alex for creating & holding that space for me & others. I met Alex during her Energetic Facelift class. I was traveling from out of state and just happened to see her class posted. Alex’s class had positive open energy. She empowers you to know what you know and be who you be. I came away from the class with confidence in my abilities to run the facelift process as well fabulous changes to by body and being. Alex was able to assist me in clearing several areas in which I was “stuck”. How did I get so lucky? We have stayed in contact with one another and she continues to be a contribution to my life. " I have Loved the facilitation that Alex has given me. First off , she is SOOOO generous, without any demand of return. The piece that changed my awareness the most was: I thought fear had been running my whole life which of course diminished my self worth and confidence since I couldn't seem to shake it. What if fear is actually excitement ? That hit me like a ton of bricks. And what if I was picking up everyone else"s fear ? Really, I can do that ? An example, I was at a Waterworld once, I was going up the steps of a steep slide along with 100 other people, my body was shaking with fear. I now had the understanding after working with Alex, it was excitement, mixed in with everyone else's fear. WOW, life changing.

I scheduled my session with Alex to ease the pain in my shoulder, leg and side in relation to a serious illness I was diagnosed with. When I arrived, I had a lot of pain and discomfort when moving my body. Within minutes after my session with Alex, not only was the pain relieved but it has not returned. I found Alex to be a very kind, compassionate, effective and experienced practitioner with a generous heart and capacity to heal. I'm grateful for the relief of pain without using medication!

Alex is an amazing teacher. She is so inspirational. I experienced her Access Energetic Facelift CIass. Alex has the gift of teaching you what you need to know and do and at the same time encouraging you to do it your own way and from your own knowing. When I finished the class I felt like I knew how to do what needed to be done with a client.
